CAREY PARK CAMP
The most exciting part of Term 1 was CAMP.
Flying fox went high in the sky
It made my mouth dry
And I screamed out in a cry.
Kayaking was cool
It was like hiking in a pool
And acting kinda cool.

Watching the sky,
Playing video games,
Then playing outside,
Watching the sky,
And thinking if only I could fly.

Camp was so cool
We had fun in the water pool.
The eels were so slimly
The water was so chilly
The flying fox was amazing
It felt like I was grazing
Yes, camp was very cool for our school.

Chocolate and candy sugar for three days!
But no camera anyways.

But one thing, it had too much rules.
We had to be in bed very early
Forest sounds made sleep come very slowly
I twisted and twirled in my bed very grumpily
On the flying fox up the tree
I was so scared that I gave a scream
Kayaking down the stream
Made me wonder if all of it was a dream!

I hurt my thumb
They called my dad and he said I was bad
I felt sad but my dad got mad
I took some rest
And I gave my best
It felt like I passed a test.

The water slide and the water hole were freezing.

I almost touched the sky
Then I began to cry
In tears facing my fears.
It made me remember my dears.

I missed out on the water hole,
I felt like a lonely soul.
I wish I went to Carey Park.
