Sutton Park School had a Twilight evening to help pack, fundraise and collect useful items to send to Teidamu Primary School in Fiji because of the destruction Cyclone Winston had created.
The students of Teidamu Primary had nothing to work on, nothing to sit on, no classroom to be in. So Sutton Park School decided to send learning and essential items to their school.
It was a big job but with the help of the Sutton Park School teachers, students, parents and community we were able pack the container in time for it to be sent to Fiji.
We packed a lot of useful and essential stuff over to Fiji. We packed sports equipment, reading books, exercise books, pens, pencils, sharpeners, erasers, T.V, computers, desks, chairs, canned food and many more things.
Everyone contributed towards packing, fundraising and helping out for the container being sent to Teidamu Primary School in Fiji.
