Selected few students of Room 20 had a taste of being Fil-Spanish when they sang “Bahay Kubo” (Nipa Thatched Hut) and danced “Tinikling” (Bamboo Dance) during “Christmas at Sutton Park” which was held on 21 November at the school compound.
Performers were thrilled to wear native Filipino costumes to make their presentation very relevant and appropriate for the occasion. They really sang and danced with gusto which resulted to excellent performance. In return, the crowd gave them a good applause.
Students were proud of their accomplishment. It’s a job worth-doing.
